This is a Trinidadian-styled beef patty. It is packed with seasoned minced beef (lean, no fat or scraps, cooked first before mincing in-house); wrapped in pastry dough, then baked a golden brown. Great for parties, take-to-school or take-to-work. Great for breakfast on the go, or as a late night snack.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Pastry Flour, Vegetable shortening, Boneless Beef, Onion, Water, Thyme, Garlic, Shadow Benny Leaves, Hot peppers, Soya Margarine, Salt, Black Pepper, Bread Crumbs.
