Whole Wheat Paratha
This paratha is our large, soft, flaky flatbread, made with a combination of whole wheat and white flours. Paratha originated in South Asia with North African influence. It is known in Trinidad as “buss-up-shut”, and in Somalia and Ethiopia as “sabayat.”
