A popular Guyanese bread which we’ve made healthier by adding whole wheat flour to the all-purpose flour with which it is traditionally made.
This is a loaf flavoured and speckled with Anise Seeds. This loaf is ideally paired with Pepper-pot.

Also great just toasted and eaten with cheese.
Dotted with raisins and dried fruit and delicately spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Great with a hot cop of tea or coffee.
