This delicious and filling pastry is truly unique. Thick and tasty pastry dough with black-eye bean filling. It is very popular in Guyana; it is commonly known there as “Chinese Cake”. It is a variation of the Chinese Moon Cakes made from adzuke beans. Who would think that black- eyed beans could taste this good!
Guava cheese filling in a delicious flaky dough. Immensely tasty and very much a top seller! Better than Florida’s popular guava pastry.
CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
It is said that if the dough isn’t flaky, the pastry isn’t tasty! This gem consists of a lovely flaky dough filled with black currants, with a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon.
