We know everyone is going through a trying time now, and we wish everyone good health and safety.
We know our store closing affected many who would have wanted items from the store, and you may have read and understood our reasons for closing which we published before.
In the interim many of you used our Online Shopping/ Home Delivery Service ( www.OrderFromAlimas.ca ), and we trust you found it very useful and efficient. We thank you for using this service.
For those who were inconvenienced by the store closure, we are truly sorry. It was very difficult for us financially, but the safety of our customers and staff was paramount.
We are happy to announce that we shall be reopening on Tuesday the 19th May.
We are making the necessary rearrangement of the store front and establishing physical distancing measures for customers coming into the store. We shall inform you of these measures in other communication, so that the process would be as seamless as possible.
In addition, and important for you to note, we are adjusting the store opening hours and days:
We shall be open from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. We shall be closed on Sundays until further notice.
As you know, the required protocol for processing customers is very different from what it used to be, and the requirement for sanitization has to be stringently met. The health of our store-front employees is critical also; so we are adjusting the store opening hours to better meet these requirements.
