ABOUT ALIMA's

Alima’s is a takeout restaurant selling West-Indian style roti (flat breads), roti sandwiches, pastries, curries, and sweets.

We opened in our present location in 1992 with a small staff of 3, specializing in making Dhalpuris and Parathas. We have since become a full retail shop selling a wider variety of traditional West Indian foods, like Roti Sandwiches, Doubles, etc., while continuing our tradition of making the best quality Dhalpuris and Parathas (flat-breads).

Alima's now has a Foodservice Wholesale division selling our famous rotis (roti skins, flat-breads, wraps) to Restaurants, Banquet Halls, Hotels and Caterers. See www.AlimaFoodservice.com.
