Visit our bakery outlet right next door to our main entrance. Experience traditional caribbean breads - Guyanese Tennis Rolls and 'Plait' (braided) loafs; Trinidad Hops (almost same as Bajan 'Salt Bread'. Regular sliced 100% whole wheat loaves and multigrain loaves, plus more. We make our breads with NO PRESERVATIVES OR CHEMICALS.

Try our genuine home-made stale Sponge, Light Fruit, and dark Heavy Fruit cakes. (no alcohol in cakes, sorry). All our cakes are also free from preservatives and chemical additives - just as you would make it at home.

Enjoy our assortment of traditional Alima's pastries packed in packs of six, and our newly introduced tropical pastry (guava, pumpkin and coconut so far). 

In our bakery we make small batches, sold only inhouse.  See you soon.
